Thank you for your interest in the Indianapolis Art Center and the ArtReach program. Every year with funding from grants and support from our generous donors, we provide high-quality art education classes to a wide variety of sites that otherwise would not have access to art education programming at no cost to students.
Our goal is to provide high-quality programming in settings where both your students and our teaching artists are set up to be successful. Please fill out this form in its entirety. We will schedule and conduct a site visit before your semester starts.
We will match your site with a Teaching Artist who will work with your students for the duration of your contract.
Once we have all the details solidified, we will create an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) outlining our contract details for you to sign and return to us before your semester begins.
We will send you an invoice to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Guardians will need to sign an individual media release form before your semester begins to let us know if we have their consent to take images of their child.
