Youth Programs
Through our Youth Community Programming, we’re dedicated to bringing high-quality art experiences to underserved youth communities. Our programs aim to break barriers, foster creativity, and teach crucial life skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and empathy. Find yourself here, at the Indy Art Center, where it’s always everybody’s art! Join us on this transformative journey to create a more inclusive future.
Senior Programs
In collaboration with senior-serving organizations, Senior ArtReach provides high-quality art classes for adults ages 55+ living in underserved areas of Indianapolis. Over the course of this semester-long program, participants attend weekly visual arts classes led by professional teaching artists. Each semester’s curriculum incorporates a variety of artistic media and techniques tailored to site and student needs, and each class is designed to foster discovery, enhance social connection, and provide opportunities for creative self-expression.
Military-Connected Programs
At Indy Art Center, we are proud to support our veterans, service members, military family members 18+, and caregivers through initiatives like ArtTroop, Veterans Art Day, Veteran Scholarships, and more!
